HandSonic HPD-20 Driver Ver.1.0.6 for macOS Sonoma 14.x / Sequoia 15.x


IMPORTANT NOTES
  • When connecting the HPD-20 to a Mac computer with a USB cable, carry out the procedure while the MIDI-using application is running.
  • If the Mac computer enters Sleep Mode while the HPD-20 and the Mac are connected by the USB cable, the connection between the HPD-20 and the Mac is dropped.
    If the connection is dropped, take steps as follow to reconnect.
    1. Before waking the Mac from Sleep Mode, disconnect the USB cable.
    2. Wake the Mac from Sleep Mode.
    3. Reconnect the USB cable while the MIDI-using application is running.
    * When restarting the Mac, then before restarting, disconnect the USB cable. After restarting the computer, start the MIDI-using application, then reconnect the USB cable while the application is running.
  • If the HPD-20 fails to operate correctly while the HPD-20 and the Mac are connected by the USB cable, reconnect the USB cable.
    * If the HPD-20 is unresponsive or otherwise fails to operate in an improved way, try resetting the power to the HPD-20 and reconnecting its power cable.

DOWNLOADING AND UNARCHIVING THE COMPRESSED FILE
  1. Read the software license agreement at the bottom of the screen and select the "I AGREE..." check box.
  2. Click the "Download" button to download the driver.
  3. Unzip the downloaded file.

*Detailed information about installing procedure and usage is provided in the "Readme.htm" file in the unzipped folder. Please read this before installing the driver.
